Accommodations:
Our rooms can sleep 2 to 3 people comfortably. All rooms with the exception of our Bunkhouse Room have private bathrooms.
3 rooms with one twin bed and one double bed. - private baths
1 room with queen bed - private bath
3 rooms with 2 twin beds - private baths
Bunkhouse Room - 3 twin beds - no private bathroom.
*The bathroom for this room is located upstairs near kitchen.
Optional Meal Package:
Our daily meal package (breakfast, sack lunch & dinner) is $75 per person/per day.
A la carte Meals:
Breakfast: $15
Lunch: $25
Dinner: $35
*Please note: The Ranch does not have a liquor license. You are welcome to bring your own beverages.
Camping:
Full Hook Up: $55 per day
Dry Camps: $30 per site/per night. Use of showers included with stay.
Temporary RV Storage: $10 per day.
Just a Shower: $5

Dogs:
Please inquire when booking your reservation. Preapproval to bring your dog is required. $20 per dog/per day (in lodge or camping). A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any damages caused by your animal.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of 25% deposit. Deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival less a $25 processing fee . Balance of payment due upon arrival.
2. To ensure their safety while visiting the ranch, we ask that all children be supervised by an attending adult at all times. Children under seven years of age are not permitted to horse ride.
3. Groups and Exclusive Ranch Stays: The Ranch may be reserved for groups and on an exclusive basis. Please contact us to discuss details and rates.
4. Payments to the ranch may be made by cash, check or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.7% surcharge.
5. Cottonwood Ranch reserves the right to change its published rates without notice. Current reservation agreements with clients will not be subject to any such increases if a deposit has been received from the client.
