Employment - Introduction
The Cottonwood Ranch is a working horse, cattle, and guest ranch
with a typical occupancy of 20 guests. Our size allows us
to give each guest our personal attention as they ride horses,
work cows, go on pack trips, fish, and participate in our ranch
activities. This personal attention sets us apart from
other types of vacations. It is not uncommon for a guest to
tell us that this was the best vacation they or their family has ever
had. It will be your goal to make that the case for every guest.
We have high standards for the quality of service our guests
receive. Consequently, we have equally high expectations for
performance of our employees. First and foremost we are
